Disney Posters

When presented with this simple poster series assignment for class, I was inspired by my childhood of constantly watching Disney movies. I put a lot of thought into creating a series out of Disney movies that aren't always grouped together. I landed on creating a group of 3 based on their composers; choosing Alan Menken as my subject since his music is what makes The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin some of my absolute favorites. I experimented with hand done type and illustration for this project and it really allowed me to reminisce on some fun elements of my youth.
