Personal Mantra

This was a project for my Design and Communication class, we had to create a visual representation for a personal mantra. ​ "Dessert is a big part of my family. My mom is always baking cakes and brownies. When we go to someone’s house for dinner or something we always bring a homemade dessert, usually a cake. She’s a pretty big advocate of dessert and even sometimes suggests for it to be eaten before a meal. “I don't care if I die fat, as long as I die happy”, she’ll say. I really just wanted to share my love of dessert in a fun and colorful way while also trying to express how important it is to take hold of all the sweet parts of life before it’s too late."
