One Color Linoleum Print
I did this lino when I was studying abroad. We had to re-create one of our favorite memories of being abroad and I choose the Sound Of Music tour I went on in Austria in March. Since it was only one color ink, I printed on different colored papers to add more color to this piece.

Linoleum Reduction Print
"Gealach Ráithe" means quarter moon in Gaelic. This print was inspired by my love of the moon and my desire to go back to Ireland.

Mono Print
Since the process of mono-printing was new to me, my objective here was to create some fun & abstract patterns. My only plan was that I knew I wanted to use the color purple. My goal was to experiment and have fun and I ended up with something that became a big part of my personal brand!

One Color Screen Print
This design was inspired by one of my favorite musicians, Bruno Mars. My goal with this design was to create something with a lot of movement and vibration, like the song. So I played with ink color and printing on different colored papers. I also experimented with split fountains in the process to create an end product just as funky as the song.

7 Color Screen Print Book
This book was my final project for my print making class & I was ultimately inspired by a display I saw at the MFA in Boston of Hokusai’s The Great Wave. It was displayed in the order of how the colors appeared. So It progressively showed each color being added to the overall scene. Underneath each color being individually added to the scene, was the color printed on its own. It was appealing because you could see each color separately and with the whole scene, but also see how the scene was built with each additional color. I knew I wanted to use a similar process for our open ended print final and so I painted my own landscape, taught myself how to stitch a book together and this was the end result.
